Kingdom Valley Islamabad NOC (No Objection Certificate) is approved by PHATA ( Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency ), and Kingdom valley NOC is DRG/PHATA/2176-2021 by PHATA. Kingdom valley is also supported by Imran khan and is also a part of the Naya Pakistan Housing scheme.
Kingdom valley nor approved by RDA (Rawalpindi Development Authority) but soon owner and management will get RDA approval as well. but based on PHATA’s approval it is the best housing scheme for investment in Islamabad.
